PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-dispersible polyisocyanate composition showing excellent water-dispersibility and stability of isocyanate groups in water, and an aqueous curable composition which yields a cured product showing excellent appearance and water resistance. SOLUTION: The water-dispersible polyisocyanate composition comprises a hydrophobic polyisocyanate (A), a polyisocyanate (B) having 8.1-9.9 oxyethylene units per molecule on average and a solvent (C) which is inactive against isocyanate groups.
