<p>To make it possible to facilitate learning in drawing operation and enhance an operability by eliminating the need of selecting a specific icon during a drawing operation and designating a range by free-form curves. The device is provided with a judging means for converting drawn graphic into data-sequential data (Xi, Yj) for inputting, calculating the center coordinates (X0, Y0) of an input coordinate dot-sequence, extracting moving characteristics of an input coordinates point with respect to the center coordinates, and judging an input graphic based on the extracted moving characteristics, wherein the judging means recognizes the input graphic as a line or a circular arc from the distribution width of a coordinate orthogonal to a moving direction on condition moving characteristics are one-direction linear, and recognizes the input graphic as a circle or a polygon on condition the input coordinate point moves by rotation and the graphic is closed.</p> |
