For the mounting of street placards e.g. at a street lamp (L), three placards are fitted around it. The placards can be of different designs and illuminated by inner lighting. Two clamping clips (2) are fitted to the lamp post at different heights, with spacers (3) fitted with vertical carriers (4). Each carrier has lower and upper (6) carrier arms. The upper carrier arm has hook pins at one end aligned upwards, and the lower carrier arm has hook pins near its free end, aligned downwards. The vertical carriers also have two hook pins turned upwards and two downward hook pins. The pins acts a fasteners for the placard holders (14).
