It is intended to provide compression-molded preparations with quick-disintegration properties which have both of excellent quick-disintegration properties and an appropriate strength, in particular, compression-molded tablets quickly disintegrating in the oral cavity. More specifically, it is intended to provide compression-molded preparations with quick-disintegration properties which contain: 1) a medicinal component; and 2) a cyclic oligosaccharide not substituted by any hydrophilic functional group.
