The present invention relates to compounds of formulas 1 and 2 wherein R1, R2, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R10 and Z are as defined herein. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the above compounds and to methods of treating hyperproliferative disorders, such as cancer, in a mammal by administering the above compounds.
