The invention relates to a field control element (100) for end closures or sleeves of cables for transmitting energy. The field control element comprises a main body (3), a deflector (5), at least one elastic electrode (6) and an adapter plate (7). The control element has an opening in which a cable (1, 2) for transmitting energy is accommodated. In this context, the insulation is removed from one side of the cable facing the electrode (6). A conductive part of the adapter plate (9) and/or the electrode (6) are/is embodied in such a way that they/it can radially enclose, over its complete length within the field control element, that part of the cable from which insulation is removed. |
