<p>It is intended to provide a method of constructing liposomes having a complex of a metal radioactive nuclear seed having a short half-life (for example, 99mTc) and CD encapsulated therein at a practically available radiochemical yield and purity. Namely, a method of producing liposomes having a short half-life metal radioactive nuclear seed and ethylenedicysteine (CD) encapsulated therein which comprises mixing a complex of the short half-life metal radioactive nuclear seed and N-[2(1H-pyrrolylmethyl)]-N’-(4-penten-3-one-2)ethane-1,2-diamine and liposomes having ethylenedicysteine (CD) encapsulated therein and incubating the same is provided.</p> |
