An air freshener has a two part construction and is fitted into an aperture near to the top of a glass door. A refillable container is secured onto the bottom of a dispenser which is mounted onto the door. The size and shape of the container is such that there is a gap between the fitted container and the aperture. The container can be spherical and can be made of glass. The upper part has a slot which grips the glass door to which it is secured via a threaded fastener through a smaller hole in the door.
