Disclosed are a service system and a service method for providing indoor position information. The service method of a service system realized by a computer comprises: a step of maintaining information for each facility located in a target building; a step of determining a departure position and a target position; and a step of using the information for each facility to generate moving path information from the departure position to the target position. The step of generating the moving path information comprises: a step of checking information for inter-floor moving means included in movable paths from the departure position to the target position using the information for each facility; and a step of considering the checked information for the inter-floor moving means to determine a moving path to be included in the moving path information.
