The invention relates to an electroluminescent panel which is equipped with light extraction elements. According to the invention, each optical light extraction element (20, 30) comprises: an input interface (21, 31) which is optically coupled with the emissive surface of the cells or that of the substrate of the panel in such a way as to capture the rays emitted by said cells, an output interface (23, 33) having a suitable shape such that the rays emitted by the cells pass therethrough, and, optionally, a reflecting surface (32) which modifies the path of said rays such as to reduce the incidence angle with the aforementioned output interface. In this way, the light emitting efficiency of the panel is significantly improved.
