<p>The invention relates to abrasive particles based on aluminium oxynitride, with an equivalent weight content of AlN, measured on a pseudo-binary Al2O3-AlN diagram of between 2.5 % and 7.5 % inclusive, preferably 3 to 6 % and a structure comprising for the larger part AlON ϕ and AlON Ϝ. Said abrasive particles are particularly of use in the production of grinding wheels, abrasive papers and cloths, polishing pastes and spraying abrasives.</p> |
