Method for preparing foundation with thermal insulation has load supporting inlays on a frost free base

A method for preparing a foundation for a multi story building has a base layer (1) of sand and gravel to form a frost free support. A load supporting inlay (6) is positioned under a concrete mould with reinforcing inserts, for a base support (4). This is poured and levelled in situe. The inner part of the foundation has a second load supporting layers and any guide ducts for services, thermal pipes for heat pump heating etc. The foundation is completed with a rendering layer.
