The present invention refers to a pressure equalizer device with ballistic resistance characterized by the fact of comprising a grating 1 adjacent to a flexible bag 2, this set being aable to protect the pilots and crew, and in case of depressurization keeping the aircraft pressure equalized, preventing structural deformations that might compromise flight safety.
