FIELD: biochemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, particularly, to bispecific bivalent antibody, which is specifically bound to human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and human angiopoietin-2 (ANG-2). Invention also discloses: a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer related to the VEGF and ANG-2 containing a therapeutically effective amount of the said bispecific antibody, nucleic acid coding the said antibody, an expression vector containing the said nucleic acid, prokaryotic or eukaryotic host cell containing the said vector.
