<p>A pharmaceutical composition for treatment of conditions of abnormal bone turnover, comprises in combination a bisphosphonate and a COX-2 inhibitor for simultaneous, sequential or separate use. Also provided is a method of treating a patient suffering from a condition involving abnormal bone turnover, comprising administering to the patient an effective amount of a bisphosphonates and an effective amount of a COX-2 inhibitor.</p> |
