It is intended to provide a method of constructing liposomes having a comple x of a metal radioactive nuclear seed having a short half-life (for example, 99mTc) and CD encapsulated therein at a practically available radiochemical yield and purity. Namely, a method of producing liposomes having a short hal f- life metal radioactive nuclear seed and ethylenedicysteine (CD) encapsulated therein which comprises mixing a complex of the short half-life metal radioactive nuclear seed and N-[2(1H-pyrrolylmethyl)]-N~-(4-penten-3-one- 2)ethane-1,2-diamine and liposomes having ethylenedicysteine (CD) encapsulat ed therein and incubating the same is provided.
