The invention relates to nuclear acids to diagnose a set of genetic parameters in the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC), comprising a reversibly complimentary or identical piece of at least 20 base pairs of a chemically pre-treated genomic DNA, in addition to a set of oligomer probes (oligonucleotides and /or PNO oligomers) which are used to detect cytosine methylation substances in nucleic acids. Said probes are especially suitable for the diagnosis of genetic parameters within the MHC.
