Known closing devices offer only little protection against unauthorised opening. The aim of the invention is to develop a closing device for a safety container which has no working points for unauthorised opening. This is achieved by securing the locking unit (4) to the inner surface of the side wall (2), enabling the closing unit (5) to close flush with the outer edge of the side wall (2), and by securing in an axial manner by means of a cylinder protection (16) device firmly connected to the side wall (2). Said inventive closing devices are used in security containers such as, safety deposit boxes in banks or parking meters in streets for the safe storage of cash, for example. |
