PURPOSE: A method for preparing a vinyl chloride-based resin prepared by suspension polymerization with a vinyl chloride monomer or its mixture with co-monomer is provided, to improve impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of adding 0.01-5 parts by weight of a non-impact reinforcing latex to 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin slurry whose polymerization is terminated, and fluidized-bed drying the mixture, wherein the non-impact reinforcing latex comprises an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin latex having a butadiene-based rubber particle as a core and acrylonitrile and styrene surface grafted to the core; a methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene resin latex having a butadiene-based rubber particle as a core and methyl methacrylate and styrene surface grafted to the core; a core-shell structured acrylate-based rubber particle-based impact reinforcing latex having a butyl acrylate, hexyl acrylate, octyl acrylate, pentyl acrylate or 2-ethylhexyl acrylate rubber particle as a core and methyl methacrylate and styrene surface grafted to the core; and a vinyl chloride-based resin processing aid latex.
