PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing a thin wire rope which makes it easy to linearly correct the target, and gives it various colors. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a thin wire rope comprises the steps of: drawing wires at percent reduction in area of 11.5-15% using a diamond dice; twisting the wires by using a twister having a bobbin unwinding controller for unwinding the wires with the same tensile strength; and linearly correcting the twisted wire rope by heat-treating it under the non-oxidation condition. The wires are formed with stainless steel.
