<p>In a circuit block (110) to be an object of power-off, two system power source lines (141, 143) has voltage sensing circuits (130, 134) disposed close to power source terminals (140, 142), respectively, and voltage sensing circuits (132, 136) at predetermined distances from the power source terminals (140, 142), respectively. These voltage sensing circuits comprise only MOS transistors. After the power source voltage is sensed to reach a set potential through all the voltage sensing circuits upon another power-on from a power source supply circuit (150), a reset signal generating circuit (160) releases the input of a reset signal to the circuit block (110). Since a reset state is released after the power source voltage reaches a set voltage, the initialization of a semiconductor integrated circuit is normally carried out. Thus, a semiconductor integrated circuit is provided which properly generates a power-on reset signal.</p> |
