<p>The invention relates to an implementation method and a system for virtual roaming and communication in a cellular system, which can be used in PLMNs with different zones, operators and modes, so as to control the interception of the voice channels and the update of the localized roaming location. The system comprises pluralities of gateway MSCs (GMSCs), which belong to respective PLMNs, for accessing the system device of the invention, and a global HLR, which manages the user's data centrally. The global HLR can be assumed to be a respective HLR in each networks. Numbers in different networks coding schemes are assigned to users who have opened an account, and in combination with the function of the long distance voice channel control, the user can roam and the long distance charge can be reduced, as well as the long distance transmission mode can be selected freely.</p> |
