At a comparatively cheap cost, it is possible to provide a high-quality music full of originality in a short time with a high efficiency. After authentication of a user, an ordered program (110) is executed in an MA server (100) and an ordered screen is transmitted. At test listening, a search item is input so that a corresponding material can be searched and listened to. When setting an item, an order sheet screen is displayed so that a corresponding numeric value is described and selection from a pull down menu is performed. At the side of the MA server (100), a DAW operator references order data (114) and performs edition based on the order by using material data (202). The music data created finally is transmitted from DAW (200) to the MA server (100). At the MA server (100), a program (112) to be deli ered is executed and delivery data (116) is transmitted to a user PC (150) together with charging data.
