Such compounds and their corresponding pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt forms, are usef ul in treating conditions mediated by DPIV or DPIV-like enzymes, such as arthritis, obesity, immune and autoimmune disorders, allograft transplantation, cancer, neuronal disorders and dermal diseases.
