The long handle (2) is joined to the elastic brush-head (3) covered in bristles (10).. The at least partly hollow handle contains a closeable compartment (4) containing liquid cleaning agent (5) which is discharged in metered quantities by means o f a dispenser-pump (8) through outlet slits (9) between the bristles on the brush-head. The pump has a movable wall (7) and has an elastic cap (6). Between the handle and the brush head is a flexible concertina-shaped transition piece (11).
