PURPOSE: A multifunctional composite rubber electrode sheet and a molding member for construction material containing the composite rubber electrode sheet are provided, to improve the moldability and the resistance against moisture and chemicals of the collecting-electrode generating anions by corona discharge by employing rubber instead of metal materials. CONSTITUTION: The composite rubber electrode sheet(10) used as the collecting electrode generating anions by corona discharge, has the two-layered structure comprising a conductive rubber sheet(11) prepared by mixing polydimethylsiloxane, ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer rubber or butyl rubber having a viscosity of 500,000-1,000,000, carbon black, silver and V2O5 as an additive, and an organic peroxide or platinum-based addition reaction curing agent as a curing agent; and an insulating rubber sheet(12) prepared by mixing polydimethylsiloxane, an aroma powder component(13), a dye and a curing agent. The composite rubber electrode sheet has a Shore hardness of 30-90 and radiates anions.
