PURPOSE: A roll blind is provided to control the location of a blind installed near a window, according to a user's purpose for use, therefore to keep a private life and control the amount of transmitted sunlight. CONSTITUTION: The roll blind is composed of: a couple of roll frames(110,120) fixed to a wall or the upper and the lower parts of a window frame; a couple of roll shafts(130,140) connected to the roll frames to be rotated; a blind in which upper part is connected to the upper shaft by a connecting cable and lower part is connected to the lower shaft; a control cable(180) controlling the rotative direction of a blind and winding or unwinding the blind; an elastic unit(190) elastically rotating the lower shaft.
