PURPOSE: Provided is a method of culture for Paecilonyces japonica using milk by inoculating Paecilonyces japonica seeds into milk then forming their fruit bodies, thereby continuously mass-producing Paecilonyces japonica. CONSTITUTION: The method of culture for Paecilonyces japonica is characterized by comprising the steps of: inoculating Paecilonyces japonica into milk to its spore concentration being 10¬8 spores/ml; forming its fungal nucleus at 22-26 deg.C under the humidity of 80-95% for 20-30 days; then forming fruit bodies therefrom.
