PURPOSE: A control system and a method for optimizing efficiency of an inductive motor are provided to maximize the efficiency by replacing a speed controller with a fuzzy controller and adding an efficiency optimization controller, a torque compensator, and an input calculator to the control system. CONSTITUTION: A control system for optimizing efficiency of an inductive motor includes a speed setup portion(1), a speed control portion, a limiter(3), a vector calculation portion(4), a rectifier(5), an inverter(6), and a speed sensor(7). The speed control portion is replaced with a fuzzy control portion(11). The control system for optimizing efficiency of an inductive motor is formed by connecting an efficiency optimization control portion(12), a torque compensation portion(13), and an input calculation portion(14) in parallel to each other. The fuzzy control portion(11) includes a fuzzy portion for receiving a setup speed and a measured speed, a fuzzy estimation portion connected to the fuzzy portion, a non-fuzzy portion, and a control output portion.
