PURPOSE: A resonant circuit using a ring resonator, a voltage controlled oscillator using the same, and an aligning structure of a voltage controlled oscillator are provided to reduce the phase noise by improving the selectivity of a resonant portion of the voltage controlled oscillator. CONSTITUTION: A resonant circuit using a ring resonator includes a voltage source(110), a varactor(130), and a ring resonator(140). The voltage source(110) is used for generating a varactor voltage. The varactor(130) is used for varying the capacitance according to the varactor voltage. An input terminal of the ring resonator(140) is connected to one end of the varactor(130). The ring resonator(140) is used for generating an oscillating frequency according to the varied capacitance of the varactor(130). A resistance portion(120) is installed between the voltage source(110) and the varactor(130). The resistance portion(120) is formed with one of the resistance for RF choke and a bias resistance.
