Lace-up shoe

The lace up snow board boot has a lace (9) guided in tubes (10) formed by folded over tongues (6,7). The tongues have spacing tubes (13) to define stops for the spacing between the tongues. This allows the tension in the laces in separate parts of the boot (2,3,4) to be individually adjusted. The spacers can each be formed as a tube or coil spring (22) threaded onto the laces.
