PURPOSE: A soundproof PP(PolyPropylene) pipe of three layer is provided to remarkably reduce the water noise and cost and use semipermanently. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof PP(PolyPropylene) pipe of three layer comprises an intermediate layer(2) composed of a mixture of polypropylene resin and CaCO3 of heavy load to reduce the water noise at the high building, an inner layer(1) composed of polypropylene resin for smooth surface so that has a low water resistance and has an inaction with acid and base, and an outer layer(3) composed of polypropylene resin to be strong on outer impact. The outer layer protects the intermediate layer and has a high elasticity.
