PURPOSE: Drowning rescue equipment attached on a wrist is provided to prevent the safety accident at swimming and reduce the human and material expense. CONSTITUTION: Drowning rescue equipment attached on a wrist comprises: a case(10) attached on a wrist of a swimmer by a coupling string(11) and having a space(13) opened by a cover(12); a storing part(20) which is seated in the space and which a liquid hydrogen is stored in, wherein a groove(22) is formed to an upper surface of the storing part; a press part(30) covering the storing part and having a needle mounted at the inner upper part thereof to perforate the groove; an expansion part(40) positioned at the side of the case and floated by expansion of a compression tube, connected to the press part through a connection pipe(35), by the liquid hydrogen; and a clock(50) positioned at the upper part of the press part and sealed by a transparent cover to isolate the inflow of foreign materials.
