PURPOSE: A steering column for a vehicle with automatic tilt and telescopic apparatus is provided to improve the assembling efficiency, to maximize the function of each apparatus, to promote convenience of work and stabilization of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A steering column for a vehicle with automatic tilt and telescopic apparatus(30,40) has a column housing(20) in which upper and lower mounting brackets(22,24) are installed; the tilt apparatus; and the telescopic apparatus. In the tilt apparatus, a tilt motor(32) is fixed to a column sliding to which an inner tube, slidably combined with the column housing, is integrally formed, and a tilt screw is installed to reciprocate, with connected with a tilt reducer by operation of the tilt motor. And a hinge portion, integrally formed to an upper housing detachably combined with the column sliding to tilt a steering shaft(10) by a stroke of the tilt screw, and one end of the tilt screw are hinge-combined each other. In the telescopic apparatus, one end of a telescopic screw, reciprocating with connected with a telescopic reducer by operation of a telescopic motor(44) fixed to a telescopic housing installed to the column housing, is fixed to the column sliding. An inner column and an outer column inserted in the column housing are sliding-combined each other, to produce a displacement distance to the steering shaft by a stroke of the telescopic screw.
