PREPARATION METHOD OF WET DEVELOPER

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a wet developer is provided, to improve the conductivity (pMho/cm) and the mass of the developed liquid toner per unit area (M/A) compared with the already-known wet developers. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing a paraffin-based hydrocarbon solvent as a carrier and an organic solvent having a OH group as a co-solvent; adding a binder rein, a pigment, a dispersant and a glass bead to the solvent mixture and dissolving and milling them; cooling the mixture solution with stirring at a room temperature to prepare a toner particle; filtering the toner particle dispersion solution to remove the co-solvent; and adding a metal salt having zirconium as an antistatic material and a hydrocarbon-based solvent to the solution and milling them at a temperature of 20-45 deg.C. Preferably the co-solvent is ethanol or toluene.
