BAKING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A baking machine is provided to conveniently set the interval between a fixed dough-catching unit and a revolving dough-catching unit and to maintain the interval for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The baking machine includes a body(1) which forms an oven chamber; a pair of dough drums(11), set separately in the upper and lower sides of the oven chamber, which hold both ends of the bag of the baking material and revolve clockwise or counter-clockwise; a fixed dough-catching unit and a revolving dough-catching unit which are set face-to-face to make a slit for the bag of the baking material pass between both dough drums; a holder which is set inside the oven chamber and coupled to both ends of the fixed dough-catching unit and the revolving dough-catching unit; and a revolving pin which locks the holder and the revolving dough-catching unit for the revolving dough-catching unit to revolve.
