PURPOSE: Provided are a diet ginseng drink and a preparing method thereof. The diet ginseng drink acts as a therapeutic agent for obesity with minimized adverse effects. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of a diet ginseng drink comprises the steps of: preparing a mixed extract of 1-5% of Acanthopanax, 1-5% of Eucommia ulmoides, 0.2-1.0% of Angelica uchiyamana, 0.2-0.8% of steamed Rehmannia glutinosa, 1-5% of green tea and 0.3-1% of mulberry leaf; mixing the extract with 0.3-0.6% of ginseng solid, 0.001-0.004% of thiamine hydrochloride, 0.001-0.004% of riboflavin Na-P, 0.008-0.012% of pyridoxine hydrochloride, 0.06-0.1% of citric acid, 3-10% of polydextrose, 0.008-0.012% of maltitol and 0.05-0.2% of fruit mix; and adding purified water to the mixture thereof.
