PURPOSE: A device for testing HDLC(High-level Data Link Control) line cards is provided to test whether the HDLC line cards of a mobile communication system are normally or abnormally operated. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(130) supplies an external input power to the first to third HDLC line cards(100,110,120). A 4x4 header connector(140) connects to the first to third HDLC line cards(100,110,120), sets a data connection path, and checks the first to third HDLC line cards(100,110,120). The first to four RJ45 connectors(150,160,170,180) receive data of the first to third HDLC line cards(100,110,120), and interface the received data to another board through a cable. The first line measuring unit(190) checks whether a data line, for connecting the first and second RJ45 connectors(150,160), is abnormal. The second line measuring unit(200) checks whether a data line, for connecting the third and fourth RJ45 connectors(170,180), is abnormal.
