PURPOSE: A train automatic information broadcasting system and an information method are provided to manage effectively a period of allocation of trains by reporting states of the train to passengers. CONSTITUTION: A train automatic information broadcasting system includes a control portion(100), a guide indication portion(200), a recording guide portion(300), a voice synthesis portion(400), a voice amplification portion(500), a voice output portion(600), and a power supply portion(700). The control portion(100) controls each operation to report states of a train or an electric train. The guide indication portion(200) displays data about the states of the train or the electric train. The recording guide portion(300) stores a guide message and outputs the stored guide message. The voice synthesis portion(400) digitizes voice data received from the outside. The voice amplification portion(500) amplifies the voice data of the recording guide portion(300) and the voice synthesis portion(400). The voice output portion(600) outputs the voice data. The power supply portion(700) supplies the power to the recording guide portion(300), the voice synthesis portion(400), and the voice amplification portion(500).
