APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR HEATING CONTROL WITH AUTOMATIC FIRING AND FIRE-FIGHTING FUNCTION AND FIRE-PREVENTING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for heating control with automatic firing and fire-fighting function and fire-preventing function are provided to automatically control the firing and fire-fighting state by measuring the weight of an object to be heated. CONSTITUTION: A central control unit(1) performs automatic firing and fire-fighting and fire-preventing processes by deciding firing and fire-fighting time and controlling a gas cut-off valve. A temperature measuring unit(2) measures the temperature data around a heater(9) and transmits the temperature data to the central control unit. A firing monitor(4) senses the troubles of an igniter. An electronic gas cut-off unit(5) drives the gas cut-off valve with response to a control signal. A gas flow control unit(11) connected to the heater controls proper gas supply to the heater. An opening monitor(10) is prepared between the gas flow control unit and the central control unit.
