CARBON NANO PARTICLE HAVING NOVEL STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES

摘要

PURPOSE: A carbon nano particle having novel structure and properties is provided which is expected to take an active part in almost all industrial fields by showing noble magnetic characteristics and retaining electric field emission characteristics being equal to those of carbon nanotube. CONSTITUTION: The carbon nano particle comprises a plural layers in which plane(10) and curved surface(20) graphitization lamella structures are connected to each other with the center(30) inside the plural layers being empty, wherein the shape of the carbon nano particle is near to spherical shape, wherein an average particle diameter of the carbon nano particle is 100 nm or less, wherein the carbon nano particle shows magnetization pumping phenomena in which paramagnetism is gradually increased according to repetition of heating and cooling of the carbon nano particle in the temperature range of 50 to 150 deg.K, and wherein the carbon nano particle shows (002),(100) and(101) peaks in X ray diffraction analyzing data, and the (002) peak is formed in a horizontal asymmetric shape.
