PURPOSE: A protecting and supervising method using a mobile communication is provided to grasp the position of a mobile communication terminal of a protection object, confirm the position of the protection object, and notify a protector and a treatment personnel that the protection object leaves a protection zone. CONSTITUTION: A service system receives information of a protector and a protection object, and stores received information in a member information database(S1). The service system receives supervising information about the protection object, such as a supervising time, a supervising period, and a protection zone, from the protector, and stores received supervising information in a supervising information database(S2). A control server of the service system receives position information of a mobile communication terminal of the protection object from a mobile communication system according to the supervising time and the supervising period, which are stored in the supervising information database, and stores received position information in the supervising information database(S3). If the grasped position of the protection object is out of the protection zone stored in the supervising information database, the control server notifies the fact and the current position of the protection object to a protector connection device(S4). The control server transmits the current position of the protection object to a mobile terminal of a treatment personnel(S5). |
