PURPOSE: An apparatus for driving an RF plasma display panel is provided to reduce a collection path of RF signals by forming each input/output port of an RF electrode and an RF ground electrode to the same direction by a connector. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for driving an RF plasma display panel includes an RF plasma display panel(66) and a connector(72). The RF plasma display panel(66) includes the first electrode and the second electrode which are installed within facing barriers in order to generate the sustain discharge. The connector(72) is connected to the first and the second electrode of the RF plasma display panel(66) in order to apply a signal for the sustain discharge. The plasma display panel(66) includes the third electrode and the fourth electrode in order to generate the address discharge. The dielectric layer is formed between the third and the fourth electrodes. The second dielectric layer is formed on the fourth electrode and the first dielectric layer. A protective layer is formed on the second dielectric layer. |
