Liquid transfer system for automatic filling - of cuvettes

A closed cuvette is vacuum filled with liquid from a container; the top of the cuvette has two pipe connections one for the pipe from the container, the other for the vacuum pipe. An equalisation chamber is included in the upper part of the cuvette into which the feed pipe debouches. This chamber is connected at its lower side with the first pipe connection and at the top to the vacuum source. This chamber is basically cylindrical and the feed pipe enters it tangentially.
