PURPOSE: An ionizer is provided to prevent short circuit of power through grounding spring for giving elastic force to grounding member grounded to gold or silver metal rod and reduce cost according to replacement of the metal rod by installing the metal rod in such a way that the metal rod is attached to or detached from cup. CONSTITUTION: The ionizer comprises a main body(51) comprising cup resting part(51a), subsidiary cup resting part installed at one side of the cup resting part(51a) and display part installed at the front side; a cup(52) which is rested on the cup resting part(51a) of the main body(51), and onto the bottom surface of which metal inserting body(52b) formed of gold or silver is inserted so that gold or silver metal rod(52a) is inserted into or separated from the metal inserting body(52b); a subsidiary cup installed at one side of the cup(52) to temporarily store drinkable water colloidized in the cup(52); first grounding member(54) installed inside the main body(51) and grounded to the metal inserting body(52b) of the cup(52); an elastic spring(56) the upper part of which is inserted into and supported to the lower part of the first grounding member(54), and the lower part of which is supported to the upper part of guide member(55a) integrally formed at bottom panel(55) of the main body(51) to apply elastic force to the first grounding member(54) so that the first grounding member(54) is vertically moved; and second grounding member(60) inserted into the guide member(55a) and connected to circuit board(57) by means of electric wire(59) connected to plate spring(58) so that the circuit board(57) is conducted by contact of the second grounding member(60) with the first grounding member(54).
