PURPOSE: A radio control apparatus of a TV is provided to facilitate connection of a TV of a user to an external equipment and provide a fine view with a neat design by wirelessly transmitting and receiving a data between the flat, large and thin TV with the external equipment. CONSTITUTION: A control receiver(604) converts a user control signal of RF form received from the first transmitting and receiving antenna(605) into an external equipment control signal and controls the external equipment. An up-converter(602) converts a signal of the external equipment into an RF signal of a specific channel. A transmitter(603) converts the RF signal into a signal in a suitable form to be outputted and outputs it to the first transmitting and receiving antenna(605). A user key input unit(612) inputs a request instruction of a user. A function controller(611) determines whether a control signal according to a key signal input of the user key input unit(602) is an external equipment control signal or a TV control signal. A control transmitter(610) receives the external equipment control signal, converts it into an RF signal and outputs the RF signal to the second transmitting and receiving antenna(606). A receiver(607) converts the RF signal into an RF signal of a corresponding external equipment channel and outputs it. A down-converter(608) converts the RF signal into a baseband signal and outputs it. A TV receiver(609) image or voice-processes the baseband signal inputted from the down-converter(608) according to the user control signal inputted from the function controller(611) and outputs it.
