PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more reliable method and a device for transferring packages without taking them back, or dropping or damaging them following separation of a clamping body. SOLUTION: This method transfers a package where a bobbin is clamped by a clamping body onto a peg mounted horizontally or a little upward from the horizontal, wherein the package is tilted by a tilt mechanism or the package is forcibly discharged from the clamping body using a discharge mechanism, or both are used at the same time.
