PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining bag capable of sanitarily draining water, and having excellent operability and draining performance. SOLUTION: This draining bag comprises a bag main body 2 having water permeability, and a pair of endless string elements 3, 4 arranged in the bag main body 2. These string elements 3, 4 are pulled in specified directions at clipping potions 30, 40 to shrink the bag main body 2 and narrow an opening portion 20. The string elements 3, 4 are arranged in the bag main body 2 by running so as to go around an opening peripheral edge portion 21, a peripheral wall portion 22, and a bottom portion 23 of the bag main body 2. The clipping portions 30, 40 are formed at parts facing from the opening peripheral edge portion 21 toward the peripheral wall portion 22 and extending to the outside of the bag main body 2.
