PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a baggage placed on a front passenger seat in utilizing vehicle seats, particularly front passenger seats. SOLUTION: One end of a strap-shaped baggage holder 3 is fixed to the lower part of the one side of a seat back 1, and the other end of the baggage holder 3 is provided with a locking member 4. On the other side of the seat back 1, an upper locking member 2 and a lower locking member 5 are provided in at least a plurality of positions on the upper and lower parts so that the locking member 4 of the baggage holder 3 can be selectively locked to either of the lower or upper locking members. When the baggage holder 3 is stretched along the front of the seat back 1 and the locking member 4 is locked onto the lower locking member 5, the baggage can be easily fixed. Besides, the baggage holder 3 can be superimposed on the back of the seat back 1 so that the performance and appearance of the seat as a product is not impaired. When the baggage holder 3 is superimposed on the back of the seat back 1, the locking member 4 is locked to the upper locking member 2 so that it is possible to fix a lengthy material such as an umbrella firmly to the back of the seat back 1 by the baggage holder 3.
