PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking apparatus, which is able to simply and accurately overlap a vertical marking line on a reference marking line marked on a floor, etc. SOLUTION: A point 15 is formed at an outer peripheral edge side in the irradiating direction of a vertical marking line B of a fixed base 2 mountable on a floor surface, etc. A movable base 4, to which a body hangingly supporting a vertical laser module 8 for irradiating a vertical marking B is attached, is arranged on the upper surface of the fixed base 2.
